garnish is where you will find all the tasty toppings

recipe:
corn salsa

ingredients:

1/4 cup corn kernels (I use canned, no added salt)

1 tomato, diced

2 tbsp onion (red or white)

juice of 1/2 a lime

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 red pepper, diced

chilli flakes to taste (optional)

cilantro to taste (optional)

Combine all ingredients into a mason jar with a lid (or any air tight container) and shake until evenly mixed. Let sit for at least 1 hour to meld flavours! Serve with tortilla chips or add to burgers, tacos, salads, etc.

Yummy and fresh it goes with anything!

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp agave nectar

herbamere to taste

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 dried parsley

pinch dried basil

cracked pepper to taste

The best way to mix salad dressings, in my opinion, is to put all the ingredients into a small mason jar and shake it up! No mess, no fuss! If you don’t use it all, you can store the leftovers for later too!
